We have been with this surgery for years and my daughters and I have always been able to get appointments when needed especially with more urgent requests. We have seen three different doctors over the years. All are thorough and take time to listen to the patient history and will refer when needed. I could not fault them. Today I was called to see if I could bring my daughter’s appointment forward from next week as they had a cancellation. They clearly manage their waiting list very well and are a very organised practice. Also the receptionist this afternoon was so attentive and very accommodating. Brilliant practice all round!!

All the staff at this surgery are incredible, they deal with every issue very thoroughly and are compassionate. The support staff are also excellent and the organisation so good that call wait times are minimal and I always got through to someone when I needed to. I can only image the work going on behind the scenes to keep a busy surgery running this well. Highly recommend.
