Phoned up 8 am with pain after a fall. Saw a young GP at 10 am. Very polite and professional person booked the appointment. The GP was excellent. Gave me an emergency number for rheumatology. I am now seeing a specialist in less than a week. Thankyou to all the staff. NHS at its very best.

I've found Newbury Green Medical to be highly efficient and willing to help. They also showed patience when assisting over the phone with questions and details. I was also pleased with Dr's gardner efficient service, and the kind way she helped out and dispensed advice. She knew what she was doing and was clearly well- versed in the different issues etc. and how to help. Many thanks!

I received a call to inform me that my future MSK appointment has to be rearranged for a later date. I enquired if the appointment could be conducted with a Doctor and the receptionist confirmed I could see a doctor the same day as my original MSK appointment was arranged for. The receptionist had a wonderful telephone manner and was really helpful and respectful.

I went to the desk to book a pharmacy review. I didn’t have the letter so wasn’t sure f the appointment was a face to face or telephone meeting. The receptionist promptly found the letter to book me in. I also had had an appointment with the muscular skeletal practitioner a couple of weeks ago and he had sent me some exercises. The email he sent had gone into my junk and I could not forward it to me emails. The receptionist called me back to say that he would contact me when he returns from leave.

Phoned re unknown medication from new pharmacist. Receptionist was extremely helpful and made me feel a great deal better as was worried about this. Excellent service

Phoned in the morning. Excellent receptionist. Saw a young doctor face to face. Very professional and interested. Felt so much better as I was frightened. Also phoned me back as promised with clear information. I can only praise this practice. They do their best in challenging times.

surgeries get a lot of bad press, but this does not apply to Newbury. we have been with this practice for many many years and have always found everybody very helpful. on my recent last call receptionist listened to my problem & even managed to get me appointment with Doctor on same day & i managed to start my medication immediately.

I had to have an ECG. Was really worried but received excellent care from a young nurse. She was very professional and explained everything. I also had another issue which she dealt with and luckily the GP got right back to me. Excellent
