    I am from Ukraine. It’s so upsetting that I can’t say name of my doctor but I would like to say a big thank you for my doctor and all personal of my health centre. You give me ( especially my doctor) so much support and really understanding what I need and how to cope with my problems. I will recommend for everyone and say about smart approach and wisdom of doctor. Thank you!!!!

    The nurses and HCAs are always so friendly and allow time to discuss things thoroughly. I feel that they go above and beyond in their role to ensure you feel comfortable and try to provide some consistency with routine appointments although I have always been happy to see any nurse or HCA as they have all been so amazing.

    The practice had set up a flu and Covid jab clinic in a local school and I attended for both jobs. The event was very well organised and I was processed very quickly with absolutely no fuss. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made it so easy to have my injections. Great service from some great people. Many thanks.

    I went to King Alfred’s school today for my vaccinations, both flu and the latest covid - such an easy to use service - really friendly and quick. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and volunteers from Newbury St Practice!!!

    I recently had a phone call with one of the nurses in the practice and I would like to say how kind and helpful she was, she really gave me a lot of time and came up with very helpful suggestions and a care plan.

    Spoke with very helpful receptionist, at 8.50 within an hour phone call from gp within 2 hours on way to have x ray. Certainly cannot criticize that situation

    When you call a doctors surgery the patient is generally worried nervous and scared about something that may be wrong it takes a lot for them to call … that aside having surgery today and for the nurses at the hospital to request to have dressings changed the following after a surgery and the receptionists, to be so rude huffing and puffing not helping is disgraceful, mean and also for someone that has had quite a scary experience simply not needed. I understand how busy nhs services and are in awe of what hero’s they are however being made to feel even worse than you need to unfair.

    I have been calling every Day off (so once a week) since June. Today was the first time I’ve spoken to a lady that has been very helpful and understanding. I asked her name ( can’t say due to t&c) she is a credit to your practice and team. Teach the rest off from her standards and attitude and the practice would go far.
