I called earlier on today to speak to one of the doctors regarding an issue I was having, the male receptionist that I spoke to was very kind and caring and whilst I wasn’t able to have a call back today, he guided me through my options and arranged a call back with a clinician for another day. Massive thank you to that member of staff!

I have had an overall an amazing service/treatment from all the team. The online anima form was so easy to use and reliable for a response. I was seen due to the nature of my problem and Dr ladd was so helpfull and friendly. Can not fault this surgery and keep up the amazing work you do

Amazing experience with my 3 baby. Can’t thank the doctor enough who acted so fast and amazingly with my little one who had lack of oxygen and very fast breathing. I as mum was very upset and was made to feel reassured and comforted while also making sure my baby was well! Thank you so much for everything! Forever grateful.

I was in a very bad place and I asked for phone appointment. The receptionist heard how upset I was and could not do enough to help . Thank you. You were very kind . And these days that means a lot . A little kindness goes a long way

I am from Ukraine. It’s so upsetting that I can’t say name of my doctor but I would like to say a big thank you for my doctor and all personal of my health centre. You give me ( especially my doctor) so much support and really understanding what I need and how to cope with my problems. I will recommend for everyone and say about smart approach and wisdom of doctor. Thank you!!!!

Fantastic, reassuring and efficient would be how I would describe my experience in the last two weeks The GP was quick to call following me contacting the practice and very thorough leaving me reassured and clear on next steps if needed. Amazing as always

I suffer from high blood pressure - while attending surgery for a blood test my blood pressure hit an all time high. The nurses that attended me were so kind, professional and caring. They altered the doctor who gave me a thorough examination and prescribed additional medication. The doctors professional manner, understanding and kindness helped. I was given clear instructions about the new medication and what to do if I felt worse. Everyone from the receptionist, who kept an eye on me while waiting for the doctor, the nurses and the doctor helped me deal with the matter. The doctor phoned the next morning to check on me and later in the week the pharmacist called to remind me to submit the blood pressure results. I could not have received better treatment anywhere.

Had to visit the practice this week and was cared for with kindness and professionalism by all I came in to contact with. Reception staff and practice nurse and trainee were courteous and ensured I got the care that I needed. Thank you.
