Doctors are approachable, connect with patients and their concerns. The health Center team work effectively to communicate and help patients. The treatment received is patient focused

Several experiences myself, my elderly parents and children have been 100% positive. The doctors listen attentively and endeavour to call back several times if the patient misses the call back, contrary to in hours GP call back( often only allow a couple of rings before cutting the call and never ring back). Prescriptions are sent immediately to any pharmacy the patient chooses. Please expand this service and keep it going. Very friendly staff. At this critical time when the NHS is worse then health care in many third world countries, this is a vital service.
