Review titled Fantastic service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Michaela - Posted on 26 November 2024
I’ve been registered with this practice for sometime now. I am one of the returning patients and I could not be happier about the service they provide. Booking an appointment is fairly easy just by filling in online form. The practice would reach out on the same day to either book an appointment or to book you a telephone appointment. The doctors and physician associates are knowledgeable and helpful. My appointment today went smoothly, clinician was on time and she identified the issue. The reception team are always going above and beyond to help you with your enquiry.

Review titled Disappointing Consultation
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Francesca Witek - Posted on 10 July 2023
I'm a new registered patient. I have seen a gp from this practice who did not examine my legs. I had explained that the presenting problem was pain in the medial knee aspect, which sometimes travels up and down my leg. I suffer with Lipo lymphedema and severe venous reflux and I'm needless to say suffering with additional pain in the knee/leg. The gp did not examine my leg. She did not perform any observations. I was asked questions. I've had an ultrasound which shows swelling and bulging in the meniscus, also knee effusion. The medial cruciate ligament could not be viewed and it was recommended I have an mri. This gp explained I would have to wait to see the consultant at hospital for them to refer for an !to of the knee. She asked me to 'chase up' a pain clinic appt via a text msg link. She also did not load my regular and acute medications on the nhs app for when it's time for me to request them. On 7/7/23, I telephoned one of the evening duty receptionists with my concerns, she advised I would receive a call from a Gp as I'm not sleeping well with pain, agitated, depressed and need an mri. I almost fell down this weekend as my knee buckled. However, I haven't received a call. For me, it is clear this is not a practice I feel I can stay with. They are happy to leave me to suffer. It's called sub standard care.If I have to self fund an mri and it shows anything of concern that should be receiving prompt treatment, you will be contacted further. This practice is not for me.
