   Great system of ringing patient back to make an appointment rather than hanging on the phone for hours. Got app't on same day. Saw excellent GP registrar. Excellent referral process and received app't the next day! Such a contrast with my last practice, where it was impossible to make a doctor app't, or to see a doctor. Most patients don't want to see a paramedic!
