Cut off numerous times trying to call for an appt. Went on the NHS app to order a repeat prescription for antidepressants (fairly high dose) only to see a box on the screen saying I need to contact GP for a med review (this hasn't been communicated to me and I'm probably now going to find myself without medication when needed). I went to submit a med review via the website, only to then be told I cannot submit one outside of office hours. Have been on a waiting list for a coil for months. When I eventually queried, I was told they were understaffed and they directed me to the sexual health service who don't have any appointments so I guess I'll have to be celibate until someone decided they have an appointment, or go to the mainland. An absolute disgrace!
