Review titled Seamless, professional and caring coil change

I had my coil changed on 3rd October 2023. This was my first coil change so I was a little nervous going in to the appointment.the Dr and chaperone really put my mind at ease, explained the procedure fully and again at each step. All I can say is, wow and thank you! You reassured me, made sure I was comfortable throughout and I have to add, I didn't experience pains anywhere near what I had imagined. The only feeling I had was a very mild discomfort woth the old coil being taken away, but that was very minimal. The Dr did also find a cyst on my cervix at the time of the coil exchange, and has done a referral for swabs to be taken but assured me it doesn't look like it is anything nasty, but she wanted to be safe and have it checked. Thank you all staff at Newton Place!! You're truly amazing

I just wanted to write to express my thanks and gratitude to all the staff, nurses and doctors who have cared for me over the last few months. Off all the professionals involved in my care, as a team you're by far the most reliable and you have offered me the most care and support when I need it. Thankyou for your caring, empathic approach and most importantly a reassurance that despite how busy you all are you continue to be responsive and pro active to my needs. Kindest regards Gemma

All the consultations I’ve had at this practice have been excellent. But the last two have been exceptional. The last GP I saw has a brilliant future ahead. Unbelievably thorough in questioning and examining me. It’s so reassuring to have such a great team looking after their patients in an exemplary manner. Sincere and grateful thanks.

A very busy practice and yet fantastic service. Reception staff were calm and very helpful. The GP went university and beyond with her advice. Amazing experience all round.

I have had the most fantastic service from Newton Place in the last 2 weeks. 3 face to face appointments in 3 days, professional, kind and knowledgeable staff and rapid onward referrals made. At least 6 different staff at the Practice have been involved and all have been excellent. Thank you

I've moved around a lot and been to many GPs and honestly have had nothing but great experiences here. I have always managed to get appointments when needed. Been seen quickly. Had very friendly Drs and nurses who listen to my concerns. Having the option to do E-consult too has made a huge difference. I often struggle to say what I need to over the phone but having that platform to explain my concerns and feel listened to (which I know the doctors read too) has been a game changer and really helped me articulate my issues, and also allows the right course of action without wasting appointments if they can be solved in another way. I also think the clinics they run are great and very useful. Thanks to the staff for all their hard work! You are appreciated by your community!

I tried to use the econsult before 1200, as it closes after 1200. This is the way the surgery recommends accessing its services. It was already closed even before 1200.

Dr has been looking after my wife. His manner is of the caring holistic GP of years gone by but with all the knowledge of today’s medicine. Caring, empathetic, good listener. Cannot recommend highly enough. This has been echoed by a few friends who have and the misfortune to need help but blessed with his caring and calming demeanour. Thank you so much Dr I hope you remember this when the trolls attack you

I have used e consult twice this year and the response from this surgery has been super quick and efficient ie. within minutes of receiving my email form. A doctor or nurse has telephoned and either arranged for a prescription to be sent to a chemist or discussed my problem. Thank you.

The covid/flu clinic ran like clockwork brilliantly organised and administered. This is in spite of last minute changes to the volume of vaccine available. The vaccinators were calm efficient and inspired confidence. The whole process from entering through the Front door and exiting at the back was considered planned and Appropriate. Faversham is indeed fortunate to have a centre of Such medical excellence. I am grateful to be a patient.
