I’ve been at this gp practice my whole life and hope it stays that way. Whenever I call up they answer straight away or if there’s a queue you only need to wait max a few minutes. In this occasion I called up regarding antibiotics and was told I’d have someone call me back from the urgent care team - a paramedic called me no more than 1 minute later and helped me straight away. All of the staff at the practice are professional, approachable, friendly, caring and nonjudgmental, from the receptionists to the senior GPs. I have never had a bad experience at this practice and doubt I ever will. The practitioners always go above and beyond to provide support and care even with matters which would not necessarily be classed as medical for example help from the social prescriber. All of the GPs are incredible and there is never an issue getting an appointment asap. I would recommend this practice to anyone able to get in and hope my family and future children can also register here. They deserve a medal! Thank you newtons!

I wanted to leave a positive feedback after visiting the practice for my cervical screening test. The Advanced Nurse Practicioner was extremely kind, reassuring, generous with her time and provided some good advice and app to use for tips about perimenopause. Thank you so much!

Every single experience I've had going to this practice has been overwhelmingly positive. All the members of staff are kind and cheerful and explain things clearly without coming off as patronising. Visiting this practice has made me comfortable enough to book appointments for multiple ongoing issues that I had neglected for years due to anxiety about visiting the doctors.

The staff at this practice from the point of contact in reception to the medical staff are exceptional. They provide great care in a flexible way despite all the pressures they face. Can't thank them enough.
