I spoke with the GP about recurring vertigo problems and was given caring and helpful advice with clear explanations of how this was happening.

Second sameday cancellation within a week due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ Not the staff’s fault but very annoying to get such short notice and a day’s holiday is taken to ensure attendance on time. Pity the consideration isn’t reciprocated.

3rd appointment as a follow up to check that my antibiotics have worked. So much in the press about not being able to get appointments or see someone face to face. Simply not true of this practice. Thank you!
