I called today for an appointment for my son , got through almost immediately, added to a new triage system, lovely nurse called me back within an hour offered advice and an appointment that afternoon. All round helpful, kind and compassion. Well done everyone at the surgery I have seen these guys really take some abuse over the years they all work so hard and are starting to turn the surgery around. Thank you all staff.

Fantastic changes to the surgery. Very impressed with the new system - efficient, safe, quick and easy to understand! The nurses who are calling patients back are kind, understanding and very helpful. Very impressed!

Very positive experience at the surgery 2 weeks ago. Queing outside as it’s usually a problem getting an appointment, nurse came out to que before 8am and explained to us all there was a new system in place. She took all our names and let us go home as it was cold and raining. Within 20 minutes she had called me back and was able to help me over the phone. Hopefully no more queing from 0730am! I have heard from friends they have also had much more positive experiences! I’m sure the whole team is working hard to make these changes so credit where credit is due for you all!

Wow! what an improvement! phones answered immediately. Appointments available in the afternoon when I called. All staff polite and extremely helpful. Good work and I really hope this continues

The nursing staff have always been very good, friendly and knowledgeable in the few years we have been at this practice, but getting an appointment has been a very difficult and stressful process. I am pleased to say that they have implemented a new system meaning that same day appointments are much more possible, and meaning that we don’t need to queue outside in the morning when you are feeling rough. Thank you so much for your improvements and your continued hard work, North Road!

The nurse I saw was very patient and took the time to listen . She was thorough with her checks and helped advise me on what I could do to help ease symptoms.

My son ha shad reoccurring ear infections. Always found the surgery very helpful - recently needed a letter for a private referral this was completed by the clinician immediately. was able to get an appointment with n problems

I Have been unable to see my GP for Four years . None of my annual check ups for pain control for a back injury , high blood pressure hve been done for four years . None of my annual medication reviews have been done for three years .
