I rang up at 7:55Am using three telephones and got straight through at 7:59Am. Despite being No.1 in the queue, I was told they were very busy and didn't have anything but telephone appts. I have a chest infection and difficulty speaking, yet despite this I was told by the receptionist to go to Bishop Auckland hospital, for 12:15. I have difficulty getting there and this is now the second time in a row they've sent me there. The last time I went to Bishop Auckland the doctor there couldn't believe North House Surgery in Crook were sending patients there instead of dealing with them themselves. Am I being singled out? What is going on?!

Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you have felt the standard of service at North House Surgery has warranted this review. I will certainly discuss your feedback with the team and address any issues that are identified. We currently offer telephone appointments as well as face to face appointments. We are also in the process of increasing the number of face to face appointments that we have to offer. We are also recruiting an additional Nurse Practitioner to the team which will increase the number of appointments that we have to offer to our patient population.
