my wife, who is 80 suffered a fall and took skin off both her legs. she suffers from thin skin which made matters worse. i asked for an appointment with a doctor or a nurse to discuss what type of dressing i should put on. i was told you don't do dressing. i didn't ask for that, just wanted advise. told to go to walk in centre. now, hang on a minute are you a medical centre or just a phone referral service. so went to chemist and got all the advise i needed. it was so simple. so why do you have to fob people off and not help them. its a shame that we don't have a choice in the village as its you or nobody else. also, i was cut off by the receptionist. very unprofessional i don't expect a positive response from you. my experience of talking to friends and neighbours about your service says it all, nobody has a good word to say

Tried to book a appointment on the 24th of march was informed the first available appointment was 19th of April i will let you make your own mind up if you think that is acceptable
