I was very unwell , breathing difficulty, cough and wheezing , been on treatment from GP as well as hospital but with no improvement. Doctor saw me today at GP and referred immediately to hospital and got the care needed. His timely action helped me to get the treatment on time. I am very thankful.

Having spoken to the receptionist regarding the possibility of an urgent appointment with a doctor, I was shown kindness and understanding. I was seen by the doctor within three hours and a diagnosis was made and prescription issued. The doctor was professional and sympathetic and immediately alleviated my concerns. I couldn’t ask for more - great practice and service that we are fortunate to have - Thank you very much.

The receptionist gave me a non urgent appointment which was only a week later. He was polite, cheerful and helpful. My appointment was not at my usual practice and my only frustration was that there was no parking and I had to drive around the neighbourhood several times until a space became available. The practice was clean and comfortable and I only had to wait 5 minutes to see the Doctor. My Doctor was efficient, professional and personable. I asked him for a referral which he organised straight away. I asked for the results of a recent Ultrasound I’d had, which he read out to me and I also enquired about the NHS GP app and how to access my extended medical notes. The Doctor advised me on what to do and who to get in touch with. I have been with this practice for 35 years and the Doctors and all the staff have always been exceptional.

Staff are caring, patient and put you at ease. Procedures are explained carefully and in detail and you never feel rushed. Had an IUD fitted and went on feeling extremely anxious but left feeling relaxed and out at ease.

I was seen by the doctor and I was listened to with respect and care. I was examined as I had a boil that had become infected and was treated with an ointment. I was very happy with the care I received. The doctor was lovely.Thank you.

I had a really positive experience today at the surgery whilst undergoing a minor procedure. The doctor and team looking after me were reassuring, supportive and made sure that everything went as it should. Very grateful.
