I had a really positive experience today at the surgery whilst undergoing a minor procedure. The doctor and team looking after me were reassuring, supportive and made sure that everything went as it should. Very grateful.

I had a minor surgery at the Ingol practice. The doctor was great and the nurse helping her was lovely too. My cyst has gone and no discomfort. Thank you,

The GP listened to me and carried out a thorough investigation of my symptoms. Following several tests the GP diagnosed my condition and ensured I was prescribed medication urgently. The GP continues to monitor my long-term condition, giving me helpful, caring advice. I was able to make appointments when requested by friendly, understanding reception staff. Thank you for your excellent service.

My phone call for an appointment was answered quickly and the receptionist was kind and professional. I had a week long wait to discuss a non urgent issue with GP, which I think is acceptable. The GP on the day was caring and listened well. She was thorough with the examination and spent time asking questions. Further tests were ordered to ensure right diagnosis was made. Information sheets about the possible diagnosis were given to me and also explained verbally. Advice on how to manage the condition at home and at work was also given. The appointment did not feel rushed and I felt confident that my needs were being met. I have nothing but praise for this GP who once again has provided me with an excellent level of care.
