Had a very rare face to face consultation with an empathetic, caring & attentive doctor .. who offered solutions, options without rushing to get me out of the door. I felt listened to & valued .. Excellent experience !

Filled in enquiry form at 7-30 a.m requesting change of antibiotics. Did not receive a reply till 8-15 pm. Very disappointed I had to wait that long for a reply .

Finding it easier to get a appointment,diabetic team ontop of my health issues.Smallest of small issues with my prescriptions being late,but that is it. With my longterm health issues,id love too have the consistancy of seeing the same doctor,so i dont have to replay my health issues over and over,and they can give me updates on things we discussed.Staff are really friendly,and seems contacting the surgery by phone has become easier.

It was a interesting consultation with the doctor, because the referral from the Hospital to make sure after my minor stroke that my memory was working became a casual conversation.

I have been greatly supported by the Sister in regards to menopause, I have visited her a few times and has found her to be very informative, understanding and knowledgeable about the nuances of menopause which I find other staff including the GPs have not been as knowledgeable. It was actually sad to hear that she is leaving as her knowledge and experience is so crucial to have in all practices.

Always courteous staff and not too difficult to get an appointment . My appointment with the nurse went well and she was very thorough.Been a patient at this practice for over 50 years and they have always taken good care of our family.

I saw a Dr & he wanted me to go straight to hospital which I did. I was seen in A&E & today I saw another Dr who implemented the treatment plan recommended by the A&E doctor. I have been given lots of advice & reassurance & will have a scan as a follow-up. My medication has been adjusted

I had two appointments on the same day while I waited for the first appointment the nurse for the 2nd appointment called me in and then I was seen half an hour earlier, very efficient.
