I saw the nurse for an HRT check-up, I was slightly late being seen but the nurse was considerate and thoughtful giving welcome advice.

It's taken me months to get an appointment due to unhelpful reception staff. The one I booked the appointment with this time was incredibly unprofessional, swinging about on her chair like a 5 year old and scowling. She even attempted to tell me what medication my son didn't need when a consultant had written the prescription. This was a prescription which was for urgent medication, but had not been actioned for approximately 2 months. The place is a shambles, but saying that, the nurses are exceptional and very caring.

I phoned the practice regarding my repeat perception the receptionist was lovely got all the details I needed and changed my details to a new pharmacy. She was amazing, supportive and very kind. I also want to say thank you for opening Gatley on Monday and Tuesday.

Doctor was helpful and acted promptly upon his advice and recommendations to proceed to next level of care. Reception staff person was helpful and obliging.

Always pleasant speaking to the team, lovely manner and team attitude Quick response after filling in the online consultation forms. Have always managed to get appointments within reasonable timescales when needed. The team have also managed to fit my daughter in to be seen quickly when she has been poorly even when ringing later in the day. This is reassuring that space is made to allow the team to respond to the more vulnerable patients quickly. Overall very happy to be registered with Northenden Group Practice.

Booked appointment online for follow up, asked for specific doctor. Appointment made quite quickly. Saw doctor on time on day of appointment arranged further follow up.

I submitted a request online on Friday morning to see the gp for my son, I received the call in the next two hours and he was given an appointment that afternoon. I arrived 10 minutes early and was called straight away! He was prescribed some medication and made his condition get better. Great service from the practice and really professional doctor! No complaints.

Efficient, friendly practice nurse whilst having my health check done at Northenden Health Centre. I felt comfortable having my blood taken, blood pressure checked and general questions about my health.
