I had a telephone appointment booked to discuss some test results. I have issues with my hands and was unable to answer my phone quickly enough, so missed my call. The doctor left a voicemail to say he'd call again but I was concerned that the same problem would recur. I called the Practice Admins, who were very helpful. I was advised to submit another request email, should I miss the second call, and to request response by text instead of call. My second call came almost immediately, which I don't believe was entirely coincidental! The doctor was very reassuring and explained all my results thoroughly. He answered all my questions and was very kind and empathic. Everyone I spoke to was professional, helpful and friendly.

Really friendly staff, made me feel comfortable when I felt anxious! Put me straight to ease. Would definitely recommend coming here as the staff are so knowledgeable

Great service the online checking in worked well saves queuing up all staff were very polite and helpful also got seen on time 10/10

Just a short delay for my blood test but very quick and no problems as the surgery was busy so overall it was great.

Dr was running late but very thankful that I eventually got an appointment. He was very patient and gave me lots of information regarding my thyroid.

Used the online form to submit my details. Surgery rang an hour later to make an appointment. Was offered one the same day or following day. Nurse I saw was knowledgeable and friendly and dealt with my request.

Appointments arranged quickly, great communication, great follow up contact, efficient communication of test results. All round excellent care provided by: Nurse Practitioner, Nurse, and Receptionist.

Very efficient. Punctual. Clear explanation of problem and suggestion of immediate way forward and appropriate referrals for bloods and scan for 2 different issues. Follow up already scheduled. Thank you

I was treated with utmost respect by the nurse. She performed her duty very well. Well Done to her and everyone at the surgery from notifying me per text message initially to attending to me on the day.
