On time appointment Quick pain-free blood test, in and out within 10 minutes, perfect! Nurse was gentle, kind and patient. I was very shocked because past appointments have been late, so pleased. Long may it continue!

I made a request to speak to a diabetic specialist nurse, in person, and additionally received a text, making a telephone appointment with a GP on the same day. This is admirably thorough, as I have multiple chronic health conditions and an overview/holistic approach is extremely helpful. The GP can only discuss one issue per phone appointment, but gave clear, helpful advice on services available at the practice, for which I could make referral requests. I see multiple consultants for my various health issues. They tend to treat issues in isolation, despite having access to my full medical history. I rely on my GPs' practice for the necessary "joined up thinking" to coordinate my healthcare. All the staff at my practice are providing this, to an impressive degree.

Having called in to the practice I found it quite easy to arrange an appointment and the doctor I saw was very efficient in diagnosing my problems and arranged several treatments to rectify them!

I saw the doctor regarding possible cancer growth on side of my nose and his bedside manner was fantastic. He made me feel secure in his treatment and explained the pathway he was putting me on. Thank you

Hard to get appointment the app logged out three times. Finally got through but can only discuss one thing. I only have one day to fill form in and work the other I start at 7.30. So I have left things to build up hence why I need two more appointments.

Having phoned up on Friday at 8 5am for a telephone appointment about a problem that I had, I had a call back at 9 20am asking me to attended the surgery at 10 10 am. I saw practice nurse who was very helpful and knowledgeable and looked at my swollen foot,then gave me a prescription of antibiotics which I was very grateful for. Just like to say the process from start to finish was excellent. New system seems to be working well at the moment

I had two appointments on the same day while I waited for the first appointment the nurse for the 2nd appointment called me in and then I was seen half an hour earlier, very efficient.
