I understand the receptionists may have to shout for certain patients, however it would be nice to see the receptionists adapt themselves for each individual in front of them. When I got through to the GPs appointment, I was extremely happy with her care.

My experiences over the last few weeks with the doctors I have seen have been excellent .I felt the they really took my concerns in to consideration and as a result I feel they have covered it all .

I had an appointment with the nurse who was knowledgeable and helpful. They need to sort their internet out as that’s rubbish and was needed to access information I wanted to provide to them but that is the only negative point.

Easy walk in sign in Electronically. 5-10 minutes wait to see the Doctor . Who was very good put my mind at ease for all my concerns.

I had a short wait but was seen by the doctor who was very professional, caring and understanding, and referred me to the necessary specialist for further treatment.

Rang the practice and was just expecting a phone consultation but was given an appointment Was seen by the doctor and checked over Prescribeded medication and now felling a lot better
