   My recent contact with Northgate practice has been extremely good. The staff were very helpful. It was easy and to get an appointment. The on line communication method produced a response within a few hours and was very helpful. The Doctor was well informed and followed up my request with attention to detail. I felt very well looked after and I am very grateful
