    Sent in a urine sample at 9am. Usually get a phone call from the GP in the afternoon. This has not happened. The results of sample appeared on NHS app at 2.05pm. Am a nurse, so know I have an infection. Proceeded to call surgery at 4.30pm, eighth in queue. Got to eventually speak to receptionist after 25mins, only to be put on hold after not asking my details only to be cut off. I am now calling back, and starting at eleventh in queue. I am absolutely disgusted by this extremely poor service to patients. The amount of time wasted on the phone and cost is appalling. No call back service after 4pm….!!!!!

    Have tried to contact surgery over 2 days spending nearly 2hours trying to get through!! Was second in “the queue” went to first but nobody took my call. Next day I was thirteen in the queue eventually got to one and phone was cut off. Something is seriously wrong

    I called into the surgery today to find that the appointment I had booked had not been uploaded. The older blonde receptionist was very helpful and calm and a future appointment was booked. However, I feel compelled to comment at how unfair it is that, due apparently to a new system being uploaded, no appointments could be booked after 1st April. Surely management at the practice must realise how difficult that makes an already very challenging job! Perhaps the management should man the phones/front desk for a few days and have a taste of how diffuse it is?

    I had a great experience at the surgery today. My doctor was friendly and helpful, but most importantly put me at ease and listened to me. I have been a patient here since 2005 and have seen the surgery change and get better in my opinion. I would highly recommend the practice.

    I can not fault this service in anyway. They supported me well with my mental health, physical health, and a new neurological diagnosis I received. The doctors were fantastic and the reception staff were always courteous and helpful.
