    Poor service received yesterday and today, not listened too, customers needs are not the priority... . . The Dr issued a prescription, but why are you not given a prescription that you can take to the chemist and wait for. . . Instead it's done electronically but it can take over an hour, so you have to go home and come back later. . . I'm Unwell!

    You can't 'sign up' for this place - it's an insolent 'we'll let you know in four to six weeks'. And given a form that could be completed in about five minutes. Then trying to arrange an operation via my optician - twice told 'We haven't received that' - so get lost. I have confidence in my optician - but not in these incompetents.
