  1. Review titled Good

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Very pleased with my appointment today, by the new Dr, Been with you for over 25 years, and it's disappointing that you can't make an appointment for later in week or the week after, It would be better that way when you don't need to see a Dr that day, so someone else could have the appointment

The new doctor was very thorough and didn't rush. The receptionists, as always, were very friendly and efficient.

  5. Review titled Asking patients to write letters

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Matthew - Posted on 23 July 2024

Asking a patient to write a letter to enquire about an operation and if the patient can be put as a priority for said operation is bad practice, especially when the hospitals appointments team said that my GP needs to write an expedite letter and not me. It’s not very professional.
