New doctor was brilliant. He has a lovely bedside manor and was very thorough. Made me feel at ease. He will follow up in a few weeks. Nurse was also great as I had to see her first for an asthma check. She got me straight through to see the doctor

Every appointment I have had has been great. It is relatively easy to get an appointment if you need one and ring when the surgery opens. If you are ringing any other time of the day, it is very hit-and-miss whether or not your phone call is answered. Sometimes I have been on hold for over 20 mins before giving up and trying later on/another day.

Easy to book appointment and very friendly in service delivery. I made the appointment through the app which was very easy. I was able to see the nurse within 5minutes of arrival. Great service.

Very pleased with my appointment today, by the new Dr, Been with you for over 25 years, and it's disappointing that you can't make an appointment for later in week or the week after, It would be better that way when you don't need to see a Dr that day, so someone else could have the appointment

seen promptly and given more than enough time to chat with my gp , everything was explained to me and I was able to make a follow up appointment to see the nurse

Asking a patient to write a letter to enquire about an operation and if the patient can be put as a priority for said operation is bad practice, especially when the hospitals appointments team said that my GP needs to write an expedite letter and not me. It’s not very professional.
