My young family and I have been patients at this GP surgery for the past seven years, and I cannot express how grateful we are for the care and support we have received, especially over the last year. During this time, I welcomed my third baby, who has faced several health challenges. These difficulties have led to numerous visits to A&E, out-of-hours GP appointments, and, of course, many consultations at our own surgery. Every single time I have contacted the reception team with concerns about my baby, they have responded with kindness and efficiency, ensuring my child was seen by a doctor. On one occasion, when I called in desperation about my baby’s breathing, we were seen by a GP within 10 minutes, who promptly advised us to go straight to A&E. Their swift action undoubtedly made a significant difference. Getting to the bottom of my baby’s health issues has been a long and challenging journey, but we wouldn’t be where we are today without the compassion and attentiveness of the main GP. When my baby was just five weeks old, he listened to my concerns and agreed to a paediatrics referral, which has been a crucial step in finding answers. For this, I am truly grateful. The entire reception team has been incredible. Time and again, they have gone above and beyond, even for the simplest of queries. Every member of staff who has cared for my children, my partner, or myself over the years has been fantastic, but this past year has been a real testament to how exceptional this surgery truly is. We feel so fortunate to be under their care.

I went to the doctors with something very straight forward. I became unwell while I was in the waiting room. The doctors and the nurse who saw to me were brilliant, they were friendly and positive and not once made me feel that I was in the way or taking their time. They were brilliant.

Seen within 5 mins of arrival , expecting to be given another appointment at a later date and was very pleased to be seen there and then . Sorted the main problem and then helped with other medical problems that I currently have , very pleased .

13 years I've battled with my son and his health, but today I felt listened to for once. We was not rushed in his appointment, the GP explained everything, showed us examples. We needed to arrange a blood test so arranged this with the receptionist who also was very polite and helpful.

All Staff amazing, extremely helpful , empathising, working hard for one's needs. I was spoke to by a Doctor the very day I called ,then added to his clinic to be seen that day too. Thank you!!

Great customer service, always polite and helpful. My experience for my past two instances have been amazing I felt listened to and was treated with compassion from both the reception staff and the medical team. I have been with this surgery for 50 years and have nothing but praise for all the team.

I was seen in person by a doctor the morning I rang for a appointment, I was told everything i asked about and when I told doctor of family history was offered tests for other connected things.
