    I've been waiting for 2 hours for a call back. I was no 10 in the queue, 2 hours later and I'm no 4. Disgusting waiting time and lady has attitude

    There’s this woman woman that gives the most appalling attitude on the phone (hence how I know who I’m speaking to every time she answers) I just don’t know her name. She refuses to give out appointments and doesn’t explain why. Just aggressively says “We just don’t.” She’s hung up on me before when I’ve asked to speak to someone else because her attitude was disgusting. She needs to be fired. She clearly doesn’t like the job she’s at. How can I recognise you by your voice every time because you sound that miserable when you answer? This is disgraceful I want a manager to contact me ASAP please.

    All the staff were very welcoming and l received a great service from all the staff and my nurse she was patient and very helpful and she make sure l get all the service l need before leaving .

    I submitted a form which has to be completed by a gp in order to access private health insurance. Had to pay £30 (cash, I might add, machine apparently not working) I called the next day to ask if I could collect it only to be told that the form might take weeks!! to complete! It’s one page! This delay affects my access to treatment in a timely manner and the fact that I am having to pay for a service which I was told the gp would get around to in their own time (weeks) indicates a lack of concern for the patient and a disregard for those using health insurance in order to free up nhs services for those who need it most.

    A lot of time and resource is saved by having the messaging facility. I am so impressed with the speed of response to any query I've had, plus the fact I can call and get an appointment that isn't 6 weeks away is such a relief. We are really please we found this practice!
