   Arrived at the GP at 2.50pm for a 3pm appointment. Was still waiting at 3.50. I raised it with the reception staff to be told they would flag it with the GP. I couldn’t wait any longer as I had to go back to work. I had taken time out of work and had to wait 2.5 weeks for the appointment in the first place. Very frustrating today.
