The Gp listened to my concerns and was helpful in offering advice about my health concerns. Compared to other practices, I found the Gp surgery are thorough in their approach to patient’s needs.

My last experience was so good.,the nurse called me she's so professional, she arranged my blood test and an appointment with My GP within 48 hours, I m so greatful for your service. Receptionist so helpful and I also to take this opportunity to thank my GP for his care and attention. I also like to thank Edgware community hospital ( blood test department) for their great and professional service. Kind regards, A.chentouf

I was very happy to get my appointment straight away. The doctor called me in a short time. The service improved in a past few months. I was planning to change my GP, but i think I will stay.

I have in recent times been diagnosed with some serious medical conditions. The doctors have been patient and understanding. It has been a tough few years and to just know I can go to a safe place where the doctors don’t judge. Very impressed with the appointment yesterday. The doctor was able to calm me and their advise was comforting

I was seen by the doctor on time, I was very pleased the way he examine me. Hello was very reassuring and su pportive and he send me for an X-Ray . I hope the result will be good. My sincere thanks to all the staff at the oak lodge who helped me
