My wife and I first moved to this practice 2 years ago. We have found the staff to be courteous, very helpful, friendly and response time is very quick.

I have been a patient at this surgery for about 26 years and can honestly say I have only ever received amazing care from all at the surgery. Over the years my two children suffered from various health issues varying from Ulcerative colitis to scoliosis and lots in between and every Doctor there, past and present has helped us through these horrible times. I recently had an appointment with A (apparently this will only be published if no names are recorded) who listened to my woes and came up with an action plan, which included homework (for me to research) and bloods to have taken. My dog had also recently died so we were unsure if this could also have been a contributing factor. I had the blood tests and they came back normal. A’ called me to check up on me, we hadn’t made this appointment and I thought it was for me to chase but since I was feeling a lot brighter I hadn’t done so. She is extremely efficient, very friendly and so easy to talk to. She didn’t make me feel at all like my feelings weren’t validated and was sympathetic whilst listening to me babble on. Thank you. I got off the phone and spoke to my daughter, repeating what A’ had told me. I said to my daughter “oh and she’s vegan too’ (same as we are) To which point my daughter, who now has been diagnosed with Endo, said this was the same clinician who had helped her too. When my daughter had her appointment with A’, A’ had a plan in action straight away, reassured my daughter on everything she needed to know at the time and stopped my daughter spiralling into a “what’s the point” mind set, which once down is hard to get up again from. A’ is an asset to your already great practice. Thank you from both of us.
