i sent an email to email the correct email address you cannot put in this message as this app want let you. put in email address but it is right as the surgery have emailed me on it . the email is the one shown in this app with the number 84036 . this was on 4 july with blood pressure reading as i am having a review of my blood pressure have on Thursday at oak tree lane , i have not had any reply to say thanks got them will pass them on or anything so i dont know if the doctor or nurse who is doing the review will have them . i will send again and hope to her something

Called to chase a phone call appointment I had booked in as it hadn't happened yet. when I asked for the appointment but couldn't give the doctors name the receptionist sighed and just said name and dob. not polite at all. 30 seconds into the phone call and you their tone is off putting and just rude. Turns out the doctor didn't schedule the appointment they told me they had. Fine as long as I can reschedule. but no the receptionist continued to gaslight me saying the doctor wouldn't have told me something different. saying I can't have a phone call appointment and saying I have to speak to the doctor about it. again fine you're fully booked but why are you being argumentative with a patient? the actual doctors/nurses are amazing but having this kind of service from reception doesn't make me want to stay at this doctors

The receptionist making decisions if you need an appointment or not! will just cancel your appointment without letting you know first, and lie that she tried to ring you and its been a doctor who is cancel that appointment. Saying that doctor cancel that appt due to no symptoms! But doctor not even seen me yet!Avoid that surgery if you can

I've only been with the surgery for a few weeks. But I'm very please with the drs so far. They actually listen to you and act accordingly. I'm very pleased

i applied online to join surgery on 3 april not heard anything i tried to ring up and find out what was happening and they said because i was not on system they could not speak to me as i was not registered. i informed them that was the reason i was ringing i was told i would have been better off filing a form in , in the surgery and not online. i would have to wait and somebody would be in contact, this morning i had a telephone conference with a nurse from my old GP. to review my blood pressure she informed i had moved practice and was now registered with oak tree which was news to me, so i now want to send i am email to my new doctors giving them my blood pressure readings and asking for a blood test not off to a good start.

Dear Mr Rye I do apologise for the delay. We have discussed this as a Practice and set up a new process to ensure patients are registered within 48 hours of their request. I can confirm your registration with Forest Medical began on the 27th April
