Unable to get appointment, record not being updated despite chasing several times. E-consultant cancelled or rejected as doctor/nurse make assumptions, often not checking patient records or after for further detail and leaving standardised responses. refusing standardise health check e.g. blood test even though you havent had one in over a year.

awful service, totally unhelpful the receptionist won't give my test results because they don't understand them and ask that I speak with doctors, so I've asked to set up an appointment/ phone call with the doctors and they say do it online as we cannot make appointment. Then what is the point of receptionists I go online to get appointment and am asked to wait 3-4 days and some one will get back to me however no one does so I call again and am asked to repeat the same cycle again now its been a month and i still haven't got my results or even a phone call from doctors its totally unacceptable and unorganised and disgusting
