Firstly making the appointment was a painful process in itself. You are told through recorded message of their telephone lines can make online appointments but when trying to do so it states this cannot be done. Phone booking give you the first available date which if you are not in need of urgent needs it is just frustrating to get earliest appt 2 weeks later. At the surgery, my appointment was delayed by almost an hr without any prior warning that there were already delays when checking in. There is 2 waiting areas and when asked where to sit I was told either areas but as I was given the doctor room number when I checked in I say in the areas closest to that door. However they only announce your appointment in the other area and the doctor does not come out of the room to call you. Therefore had I not gone to the reception to check as to why I hadn't been seen at the half hour mark I wouldn't have realised that was the case. I understand there are always delays but where possible it should be communicated instead of leaving patient frustrated ana forgotten about especially if it's almost an hr.

It takes on average 30 mins for a call to the surgery to be answered I left a request for a repeat prescription for my mother who I care for rang a few days later to confirm, went to chemist no prescriptions had been forwarded I then have to come into the surgery to fund out that the request was lost/not processed, then I was told they would contact on call doctor, my mum.who has dementia can not cope with this let alone myself , if i could not drive what on earth would i have done , i kept giving very precise information ahead of time, this surgey has gone downhil completely with appointments, receptionist efficiency, the complete lack of interest generally towards patients .the NHS app is so poorly managed that I can't every order repeats for myself or my mum as they are not even listed as regular medications , and this is not the first time I dread to call this surgery with the amount of explanation I need to provide ,it provides me no support in terms of managing my mums needs because the reception is so awfully bad

I attended a procedure in hospital on 30th April and the following day a GP telephoned me to find out how I was and offered support and any help I needed. All the staff are polite and helpful. Thank You

Very helpful and informative. The Doctors are always polite and listen to your concerns. All the various tests are on time and you are sent a text to remind you about appointments etc.

I had an appointment for my flu jab. I was greeted at the door by a very polite and friendly receptionist who showed me where to wait. I was taken on time. The doctor was very courteous and friendly. He put me at my ease and explained everything to me. I was very happy with the service I received .

Routine vaccination today but staff efficient and pleasant as always. Reception nurses and doctors unfailingly polite and helpful. Very happy with this GP practice.

Feel I am always receiving personal attention and they have a good web site . Communicating via the web site, email or text is relatively easy and straightforward

Staff are Always friendly and willing to help as much as possible with whatever you need to know. In general it is an all round friendly and professionally run practice which I am very happy with.
