I received a message from OakView family practice that I can no longer access online services. This has happened several times and is causing me unnecessarily frustration. I was promised by the surgery this would not happen again, but again this has happened When I phoned the surgery I was initially informed I would need to re-register again and show proof of address. How many times do I have to keep doing this!!! This is unacceptable. I have made a previous complaint about this only a few months ago but again it has happened. When I initially complained to both the GP service, NHS and patient access they were all blaiming each other for the incompetence, but the email states it is from Oakview family practice, thus they need to take responsibility. I truly feel that I am being targeted and it has been causing me nothing but stress. I feel I now have to contact my local MP and take this further. It is not acceptable to keep being removed from my GP service with no reason given and having to over and over prove where I live. My various medication means I need to be able to access services online and in person from my GP, and not having access can have impacts on my health. I also regularly use the GP and have recently had an appointment in December 2024, so being removed again cannot even be linked to not using the GP recently. Extremely frustrated and annoyed over this.
