I have just moved to the area and upon registering, received a text within a few days to confirm my registration. This also provided an invite link to book an appointment via an app. I was extremely glad of this efficient system when soon after I experienced an unexpected and urgent health complaint. I was able to very easily book an appointment for the following morning via the app, which the practice then kindly moved an hour forward for me after advice from 111. The doctor I saw was very thorough and attentive and, I felt, really took my concerns and feelings seriously and gave them the necessary time. The follow up communications have been prompt and reassuring. All of this has made me feel so grateful that I know I am in safe hands and getting the best care at this stressful moment. Thank you!

Dear Patient, welcome to Oakview and thank you for your feedback. Not sure if you read the previous reviews but we started sending texts in response to a less happy review so it is great to know that was a positive improvement. Also good to know the digital support is helpful as it is hard to judge that from the inside of a consulting room. Once again thank you for the comments it really does help us know we are doing a good job in what are still really difficult times for everyone

This is the best gp practice I've been registered with. I have not had any problems getting an appointment and it is even better now there are female GPS to see if you feel more comfortable with that for certain things. Receptionists are helpful and kind and all the GPS are lovely. Thanks for a great service.
