Nurse A did a wonderful job in rebandaging my daughters fingers. She was very calm and patient towards my daughter which was quite comforting. Nurse A also talked through infection control with my daughter as she is due to go away on a camping trip for a week. My daughter has been booked to see Nurse A again in a weeks time to inspect her recovery.

My experience with Anusha was excellent she spent more then enought time with me.Anusha made me feel ad if she really cared about my health and surgery is is really proud to have staff such caring nature Many thanks Anusha

I had an appointment with a nurse, She was helpful and did her work perfectly. I didn't feel any pain or being uncomfortable. I'm glad to register within Oakwood surgery

I had a concern which I needed dealing with efficiently, the office manager picked this up with me, dealt with it in an efficient manner and kept me updated at all times with the progress. Can’t fault her service and the doctors are always amazing and willing to listen and help. The office manager is a credit to Oakwood Surgery and the doctors. Keep up the amazing work.

Was able to communicate with the GP regarding a colon-related problem for an examination. I left assured after discussing what tests to be taken and how they will refer me to a specialist

My father recently found out he has cancer, it has been a very trying time. The receptionists were not very supportive during this time; refusing face to face appointments when he struggles with hearing on the phone clearly. Not giving appointments even though the hospital has recommended we see the gp. We then spoke with the office Manager, she has since been amazing. She flagged up my father’s account to make sure the receptionists are aware of his condition and made it so much easier for us to communicate. We still have some receptionists who don’t understand at times, but overall it is a lot easier for us.
