    I recently had a physio assessment of a hip joint problem. The examination was thorough and the diagnosis questioning carried out efficiently.

    A medication item was not signed off by Dr for me to collect at Boots Oke,reason not known.After one vist to med centre and three to Boots and 3 days over due I was able to collect.The medication is required for me to take each night.
