   The practice used to be (when it had partners) ran with care of patients at the centre of all actions. Since the partners left the practice is ran like a business rather than a doctors surgery. There are many managers, appointments are difficult to obtain and cost appears more important than care. The only positive Is the helpful reception staff. The service is so poor I intend to move to another practice.
