   I have been registered with the surgery for many years and cannot fault the practice - stand out features for me are that you can call the surgery and someone answers the phone - this seems to be an exception based on friends and family experiences, particularly since Covid - telephone vs face to face to face appointments are available based on what is needed - Ask My GP is used as a tool that helps provide a quality and responsive service rather than as a way to avoid dealing with/speaking to patients - the Reception staff are friendly and helpful, the GP's and Practice nurses are caring professional and responsive.
