I went to the surgery today to ask about some paperwork for a fasting blood test that the nurse wanted me to take in three months time from when I last saw her, which is about now. The receptionist m r was in today and she dealt with the matter most efficiently and we had a laugh about general thing as she is such a lovely bubbly person who doesn't make you feel your taking up valuable time. I got my blood test request form without hassle. It's a pleasure to deal with her, and I might add all the staff.

Hi for the time that I’ve been surgery is only one year. Most of the receptionist can deal with a problem better than the others but there is one person that really stands out for me. She goes above and beyond her tasks for the day she has been most helpful and understanding, every time that I’ve come to the surgery or at the phone she is such an efficient person and deals with things very promptly. The person that I’m on about is Mrs mjr It’s always been a pleasure to speak to this lady. She has passion for her job and does it well?

Receptionist b r help me a lot with app. She has done the app for me she is very helpful and she tried her best to resolve the app. Now it's working I would say thanks for this help and her time.

I had the pleasure of seeing nurse ak today for my son’s preschool booster. She was a delight, very patient and kind. She’s a real asset to the surgery.

My experience today was smooth and I had a warm reception. She was calm and listened to my request by providing swift answers to my enquiry. I had to give this review as I really enjoyed my time with the staff member (T.a.) Thank you T.a. and Thank you Porters GP for your exceptional service .

I was attended to over the phone concerning my prescription on the 5th of August 2024, and the reception was excellent. The staff was attentive, helpful, and professional, making the experience very positive.
