Hello. I got telephone appointment which is booked 11-Dec-2024 between 10:00-12:00pm. But didn't received any phone calls. Next day again is booked 12-Dec-2024 Between 8-10am. But didn't received any phone calls. Later I got a reminder about appointment 13-Dec-2024 10-12pm ,with Dr , which was very important conversation with a doctor about urinary incontinence. But didn't received any phone calls. Another Dr. called in the 7pm. There was not conversation because there was no translator. Where will the interpreter be from at night. With respect.

I would like to express my gratitude for the outstanding assistance provided by the receptionist during my recent visit. I was struggling to arrange transport for my son, and the receptionist went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I mentioned my situation, they showed genuine concern and took the time to patiently explore all possible options. Not only did they assist with booking the transport, but they also reassured me throughout the process, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thank you.

I called the practice to request further advice on prescribed medication, the receptionist was understanding and said that she will speak to the doctor and get back to, which she did. I am grateful for the time she took to follow through with my request. It shows care.

The receptionist was so lovely and welcoming at porters Avenue Dagenham, as soon as we got on the phone , she made me feel so comfortable and helped me straight away with booking an appointment that former colleagues were unable to help me with , she is quick and efficient, and I pray she even gets a promotion, she’s very deserving of it. Out of everytime I have called the practise, I’m just unfortunately met with receptionists that don’t truly want to help but , she was very willing. Thank you and have a blessed day.

I was seen by a nurse who was very friendly and helpful. She explained my medical issues in such a way that I felt confident and comfortable. She treated me in a way that I felt like I had been treated and given advice by a close family member. I am so grateful to her.

I was at the surgery on the 31st of October 2024 after one of the doctors insulted me during a telephone appointment. The admin staff I met at the desk were very approachable. They took time to listen to my story and they showed empathy. When they saw how distressed I was, they had to involve the supervisor on duty that day. The supervisor was amazing. She spoke to me in a very calm way and then, got one of the doctors to attend to me immediately. The doctor, in her busy schedule was able to settle down and took time to attend to me. I can say that I had a very good experience at the surgery that day because prior to going there, I was really distressed and emotional because I just lost my nephew the night before the telephone appointment and the doctor added more to my problem.
