    I had a message sent to me but when i entered my date of birth, it failed and on the third try, it locked me out for an hour. At the practice, the receptionist confirmed my dob and she entered my dob into my mobile and it failed. She said i was typing in the wrong dob. When told her she had typed in my don herself and it failed, she continued to blame me. Very, very poor service. I never got any help from Omnia practice and had to goto a&e.

    Dear Patient I am sorry that you had a problem with technology. I would suggest you contact the practice again to try and resolve the matter. Please be advised however that the clinical system us the responsibility of NHS England and not the practice. Regards Omnia

    been trying to make appointment for mrs since last 2weeks the receptionist always reply fully booked she told me phone back after 2pm which I did it went straight to recorded massage ring 111 and discus with them now we decided to leave this surgery and go somewhere else

    Drear Patient, I'm sorry that you have had issues with the practice like all GP surgeries we are really busy on the phone. The best way to book an appointment is using the website as it negates the need to wait on the phone. Thanks and regards Omnia practice

    Called this morning at 10.00am as online service has been temporarily suspended. Waited for 1 hour and 13mins for someone to answer my call before I gave up. So that has only left me with 1 option if going in the surgery which in response I will be told to call .
