Have a severe cough due to medication side effects for 4 weeks now that is affecting my day to day living due to the intensity of it leaving me dizzy and with headaches. Have had medication changed twice due to this but was only prescribed something for the cough on 10th June on my 3rd GP visit within the past month. The medication is not available at any pharmacy as supplier is out of stock. Advised the surgery 24hrs ago (2pm on 11 June after another failed pharmacy attempt) and was told it would be sorted by end of day. Called just after 5pm to be told they were too busy to sort. Called today at 2pm and after a 15 minute hold finally spoke to the receptionist only to be told it is with the doctors and waiting for an update. Apparently had been with them since 5:15pm yesterday and they are still deciding on an alternative. I am literally coughing my soul out here and they just don’t seem to care. Absolutely shocking.

I have been contacting the surgery for more than a month regarding a preexisting health issue. Unfortunately I haven't got a chance to discuss it with the GP in person. I have wasted many precious hours of mine to contact the GP in phone, and the call is not even getting connected. Its unfortunate that I have registered with this GP.

called to advise on appointment for travel advice. The receptionist booked us in with a travel nurse for over a weeks time. A day before the appointment, they advised that we would need to submit a questionnaire which would need to be reviewed and they were cancelling our appointments. When i enquired why they cannot review prior to the appointment, they then advised the nurse isnt working this week. How could the appointment have even taken place? Not willing to acknowledge their mistake or offer a suitable resolution. The appointment was made in plenty of time to our travel date. This is not the first time i had experienced similar issues.
