Review titled Great practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 28 November 2023
Have been a patient for years and never had any issues getting an appointment, with the reception staff, nurses or doctors. Everyone is welcoming. Yes the systems have changed. Yes it’s not the same as it used to be. But in my opinion the changes are for the better. Loving the triage system as many time you need to speak to a doctor but don’t actually need to see them. Getting a little fed up of seeing negative comments on social media so it’s time those of us who appreciate the team to fight back and sing their praises!!

Review titled Worse practice ever
Rated 1 star out of 5

Worse GP service ring put in a queue saying on call back liste never rung back. Tried again a day later put on call back list never called. Called in surgery as useles trying to get hold of someone, got told send a photo of nasty hot rash on leg which we did no doctor rang back nothing or even a face to face appt So now having to go to A and E and waste their time and spend hrs there waiting to be seen when the GP surgery could have done this and prescribed antibotics. No wonder the A & E hospitals waiting times are so long. This surgery has gone downhill.
