When I joined I couldn’t get over how friendly the reception team were. Everytime I phone, they are always so helpful and have such a kind manner. Whenever I go in they are always friendly and calm. The doctors and nurses are also really helpful, they take the time to listen and nothing is a problem. The service with the e-consult is, in my experience, faultless. I did an e-consult and within a few hours had an appointment sent over to me for a couple of days time. I tell everyone how great my doctors is, because it really is. The whole team are brilliant!

Done econsult,by the end of that day a blood test form was messaged through to me to book an appointment(I requested bloods)bloods were done on a Friday morning,receptionist rang on the Monday,and Tuesday the next day I was booked in with the nurse for B12 injections,raised a few concerns as the results were all new to me,totally put at ease and left totally confident and she did see the Dr to question my concerns.
