  1. Review titled Diobolical surgery

I have never experienced such a poor service in the NHS in a local practice. I had to move surgery’s due to a house move. You cannot get an appointment. Appointments are only given after you call their phone line, up to an hours wait, before you get through then a note will be forward to GP who decides if you need an appointments. If seriously I’ll go to hospital. They have refused me appointments for a bad case of shingles, and I have very bad blood pressure and had tight chess pains BP reading of 190/102 told me needs to be higher and call the next day. Went to hospital. You can request a meeting with manager to know avail. Too many incidents to mention.wasting valuable NHs money. Get someone in there to sort. Read recent reviews. Absolute shambles. They ignore you for so long it works for them as you give up.this week I was given an appointment and didn’t request one!

  2. Review titled Terrible service.

Tried 2 mornings to get to speak to a clinical practitioner, on hold for 1.5 hours, got to number 3 & cut off. Finally number 1, waited another 20 minutes to be told all appointments gone. No help, told to ring 111. No wonder hospitals are like they are when you can't get to see your own GP!

  3. Review titled Message asking me to come to surgery

Rated 1 star out of 5

So confused. Did an E consultation. I'm out working so missed the call regarding the E consultation. I got a message saying I need to come into the Surgery and call. Called surgery and told there are no appointments and phone back at 8 tomorrow. Held on phone 25 mins. Then was asked about my symptoms from reception. Told I would get a call back after triage if considered to be seen. Confused. Asked to .ake doctors appointment. I was told this can't be done as you need a phone conversation with doctor first. This would be a call to my mobile in 2 weeks time. I explained I work as engineer in remote places where there is no phone signal. I missed the original call from the doctor. Now fear the same will happen again. What happened to booking a doctors appointment. No wonder people just leave things to its to late, as its a mission to see a doctor. I could go round in circles and never get to see a Doctor at all. I can't believe that the surgery think we are permanently at home waiting for a random phone call out of the blue. I registered at this surgery a year ago as it had good reviews. Made a big mistake there. Not managed to see doctor as can't get passed reception. I will just live on with my condition until one day you can book a doctors appointment again.

  4. Review titled Not what it used to be

Rated 1 star out of 5

Fortunately I don’t have to attend the surgery often. As a senior citizen I dutifully queued up for my Covid and flu jabs. I don’t like needles and I asked if I could sit down, this request was refused, very alien environment in the room with the chairs on the treatment bed. A few days later I asked if I could speak to the Practice Manager. I was told by a completely disinterested receptionist this would not be possible and was handed a formal complaints form. I declined to complete this. I wrote to one of the GPs describing my experience when receiving the jabs, also with the receptionist, trying to get advice on a minor medical condition when I was told on the phone there were no appointments available and all she could offer was a telephone appointment in two weeks. I have not received even an acknowledgment to my letter all very disappointing as this used to be such a good Practice.

  5. Review titled Gone downhil very fast

Rated 1 star out of 5

This used to be a great surgery, now it is terrible. You can't book an appointment to see the Doctor for sometime in the future, you have to sit on the phone for ages first thing in the morning to try to get in. If you have something non urgent but you need to see a GP its an awful waste of time. People have to work, not sit on the phone for ages when they are trying to get things done. You can't even speak to a Doctor on the phone within a reasonable time there is even a 2 week dealy for that. Best avoided!
