   You have always been so helpful with mums care. Prompt answers to queries your on line system is excellent. When we've seen your staff they've all been so nice to mum who has dementia. You've been very helpful to myself as her carer. Merry Christmas and thank you

   Hi Jayne, thank you so much for taking the time to comment on the service and care we have provided for your Mum and yourself as a carer.
