    I rang the Surgery in the morning as I was suffering from a bad chest infection. They gave me an appointment for later that morning, when I had a thorough check up and was prescribed an antibiotic.

    Everything about the organisation of the flu jab was excellent. I got my link via phone,booked a convenient time and turned up! The jab itself was over in a second and administered very professionally,as always. In general,my engagements with Orchard Medical Centre,via phone,website or in person are always professional, helpful and very satisfactory indeed. Five stars!

    Dear Mr Nash Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on the organisation of our Flu clinic this year. We have used a new system called Accubook for flu appointments this year, which has made it easier for everyone. We always have the backup of calling the surgery as we want to be inclusive and It systems don't suit everyone. I'm so pleased you've had such a positive experience. I shared your comment to the team today at our daily Huddle and it was very much appreciated, with so much negative press for Primary Care. We are always grateful for patient feedback.
