It is impossible to get an appointment I rang at bang on 8am and 12pm and the phoneline cut me off saying there was 100 people on the phone line unless everyone in Ossett rings the Doctors Everyday because I've tried multiple days with the same result. Doctors get paid well maybe they should release more appointments. And maybe the surgery needs to look at it's Phone and Reception as this is Ridiculous.

I have recently joined ossett health village and so far I have to say that I am impressed. They have dealt with my query in super quick time and called me back to confirm it has been dealt with. The reception staff are super friendly and helpful.

My initial appointment was through Patchs, which I thought was excellent. A subsequent scan showed the GP was spot on with her diagnosis and within days a course of treatment and care was commenced. The service I received from this particular GP was excellent.

Nurse was lovely. Very down to earth, professional, attentive and caring. Knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never seen this nurse before but I will certainly be happy for her to undertake future asthma reviews.

I rang today to book my repeat appointment. Used the callback service as I was number 8 in the cue. I find this really useful rather than sitting on hold. The Receptionist was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

I visited the practice for my annual review and took the opportunity to ask about weight loss support. The nurse was so supportive, well informed and knowledgeable but overall kind as this is emotional topic. I am usually quite nervous with these appointments but she made it such a positive experience that I will take action. Thank you
