I Thank you for a speedy review on my heart check, the nurse involved was wonderful. Blood taken and no mark or bruises after. This surgery is just outstanding and a credit to you all.

The new telephone system works very well, no waiting on the line as they call you back when it is your turn. Staff on reception very attentive very professional. Doctors very caring especially Doctor Damje.

I came in today to see the practice nurse. She put me straight at ease and I found her very easy to talk to. I would recommend this surgery to anyone.

I called this morning to make an appointment for a blood test, the young lady I spoke to was so pleasant, and helpful, and managed to get me a same day appointment . Great service once again a big Thankyou 👏.

Having to call up to book appointments on that day is not practical. I asked about an ingrown toenail and was told I needed to book an emergency appointment, I mean, what? There needs to be a way we can book online to make appointments, it at least book one in the future.

Saw the general practice Nurse for annual tests,ie blood pressure, blood samples and heart monitor. She was very pleasant and professional with a lovely demeanour.

I was called through before my time The Nurse went through her procedures in a very re-assuring manner explaining everything as she went along - in the event I had to consult with the emergency Doctor who also explained things to me. All in all a very pleasant exoerience

Was called today for an annual heart check up my appointment was on time and carried out by one of the nursing staff who was very professional and explained matters in easy to understand language Having completed the checks I was advised of further events and sent dates to my phone immediately A very good experience
