    I have tried twice to get an appointment regarding an ear infection, identified by a visit to a hearing centre, because I need anti-biotics phoning at 8am. After waiting on the phone for 25 minutes, told no appointments available, they would not take a booking for the following day! Advised to attend Corby Urgent Care, 11 miles away! I had been there the previous day and that was crammed with a 4 hour wait to be seen! I am 75yrs old, the surgery is a short walk from home, I just needed a doctor to confirm my ear had an infection and prescribe something to deal with it. Very disappointed with a complete lack of concern on their part

    You can see they are under extreme pressures, for all sorts of different reasons. I went n for a same day as I was very concerned about a health issue. The receptionist could see this and went out of her way to sort me out. They even called me later to add and confirm an appointment. I saw the nurse first for some tests then a very polite, patient and competent doctor. The news was good, which was a relief. Thank you all for a fabulous service, under very difficult circumstances.

    Again my monthly prescription on the day for Coloplast sorted. Always quick efficient service and so fortunate to have a great surgery here in Oundle .

    I require 3-monthly blood tests for oncology consultation at Peterborough hospital. Was always able to have test at Oundle and collect result from surgery. Now, I have to travel to Peterborough for blood tests because Oundle's arrangement with Kettering hospital won't allow KGH to do blood tests for Peterborough. The patient suffers cost, wasted time and inconvenience because two hospitals and one GP surgery can't work together in what is supposed to be a National health service. So much for putting patients first.

    Waited for a doctor to call on Wednesday11/10/23. Finally called on Friday 13/1023 from a Huntingdon number. As I am a domestic abuse survivor I do not answer unknown phone numbers. I listened to the voice message and it was a Doctor calling from the St Neots Lakeside number. I rang there and was told the Doctor was not on the premises and I am not registered there and also that several people had the same problem as me. I rang Oundle and the doctor was not on the premises there either. I have been trying to get the issue with my prescription sorted for over 2 months now. I have done everything that doctors, dispensary and reception have asked me to do. Seriously what does it take to sort this out.

    Med review questionnaire easy to fill out supply bp reading and request meds not on repeat as a full time health care worker I can manage to access services easily with limited time

    I called at 8 am with concerns re possible chest infection . I was offered a phone app and called back by a GP within 40 mins . Very pleased with outcome !

    I was keen to have a flu shot, as a 64.5 year old male, and was pleased to receive a text invitation from this surgery. Unfortunately, the web link did not work and I needed to phone to make an appointment. The receptionist was very reluctant to give me an appointment and only conceded when I explained that I had received a text invitation. Shortly before my appointment was due, I received a further text invitation. It was unclear whether my original appointment had been cancelled and this was a replacement and it was too late to query this with another phone call. This time, the web link worked and I booked another slot. I arrived in time for my original appointment. There was a queue of about 15 people ahead of me waiting for the surgery to open. It did so on time and those waiting were processed speedily and politely. The flu injection was given only after appropriate questions had been asked and it was administered in a professional manner. Overall, I was pleased with the clinical services provided.
